Welcome to Xmadar, a clothing store offering T-shirts, tracksuits and jackets. These terms govern store use and purchases and should be read with our privacy, shipping and returns policies. The store starts in Egypt. Orders to other Arab countries are available only where the destination is offered for the order. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
2. Products and sizing
Review the item description, size, color, material, care instructions and available options before ordering. Images are illustrative and screen settings or lighting may affect color appearance; this does not justify supplying an item that differs from its description or your order. Use the contact details published in the store for pre-purchase questions.
3. Prices and payment
The currency, item price, shipping charge and any disclosed taxes or fees appear in the order summary before completion. Undisclosed charges will not be added without your agreement. Use the payment methods offered at checkout. Do not send card details or verification codes through support messages. If a price is incorrect or an item is unavailable, we will contact you about the options. No additional amount will be charged without your agreement, and amounts due following cancellation will be refunded as required by law.
4. Orders, changes and cancellation
Provide an accurate name, contact information and delivery address, and review the order summary. The order notice identifies its status and details; we will inform you of any issue affecting fulfillment. Contact us promptly with your order number to request a change or cancellation. Once dispatch has begun, requests are handled under the shipping and returns policies and applicable rights. Dispatch alone does not remove a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right.

Available destinations, charges and estimated delivery times are disclosed before confirmation, based on the options offered. Exchanges and returns follow the published policy, including Egyptian consumer rights and mandatory rights applicable to the destination. A request to report a problem early does not shorten the statutory claim period.

Use the store lawfully. Do not misuse accounts or discounts or attempt to damage the website. The Xmadar name, logo and store-owned content are provided for product presentation and shopping and may not be commercially exploited without permission or another lawful basis. Respect third-party content rights.
7. Responsibility and complaints
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. These terms do not exclude responsibility for defective products, fraud or rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Send complaints through the contact channels published in the store with your order number and a description of the issue, without sensitive payment details. Your right to approach competent authorities and courts is preserved.

Sales within Egypt are subject to Egyptian law. Mandatory rules applicable to other countries accepted for delivery are also respected. No jurisdiction provision removes mandatory consumer protection. Changes will be published with an updated date and will not retroactively reduce rights attached to earlier orders.
